Artwork
We create or reproduce your design in finished, full-color artwork for your approval. Your design work needs to be forwarded to us in true EPS or Vector Format.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order for imprinted merchandise is not accepted after its final approval. Returns not accepted without prior written approval.

Delivery
Normal delivery time is 6 - 8 weeks after approval of artwork.

Terms
New accounts require a 50% deposit with balance due C.O.D or net 10 days with approved credit. Established accounts are net 10 days. A 50% deposit is requested for orders of $5,000 or more. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted.
