In 1999 Laurie Souza started Souza Enterprises. Although Souza Enterprises started in 1999, there is much more to tell leading up to its beginning: In 1975, Laurie Souza began working for Gold Crest, Ltd. Gold Crest was a leader in customized merchandise for the golf industry as well as corporate clients coast-to-coast. Her career of managing sales for so many years afforded her the unique knowledge of this industry including, product development, trade shows, purchasing, logo design, creating catalogues, and most importantly an instinct for customers needs.
When Gold Crest sold in 1999, Laurie was encouraged by family, friends and most of all by customers to start her own company. Suppliers that had known Laurie for almost twenty five years supported Souza Enterprises needs with open terms, samples and what ever services she needed to begin operations.

am very excited and honored to take this role as Arizona Sales & Marketing Manager. After graduating from Arizona State University with my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, I decided to stay in Scottsdale, Arizona to further a career in the sports world. I have spent my time here Managing “OFFSEASON APPAREL” a lifestyle and performance apparel company and have used my network in Arizona to grow our brand into the golf space. After planning and hosting golf tournaments in collaboration with local nonprofits to raise money (i.e. Inaugural Offseason Celebrity Golf Classic in support of The Queen B Foundation) I look forward to expanding Souza Enterprises with Branded Products, Event Planning and Consulting. I have Golfed for as long as I can remember, and will continue to grow on the business side of the industry representing Souza Enterprises, our family business, with great pride.
